Introducing the SE800i!

At 800mm wide the SE800i is a professional electrical testing safety enclosure that provides a safe environment for products to be tested. When creating this bespoke cabinet, the Waysafe team realised there was potential in the design to be highly flexible and adaptable for a range of our clients.

The enclosure itself is 800mm wide and uses a specialist timber-plastic composite framework making it ideal for high voltage applications. Which provides a safe environment for products to be tested, protecting the worker.

No metal passes through from the internal work area to the External and tough thermo-plastics are used where possible to avoid the use of metal parts.

Additionally, the SE800i enclosure is available with extra customisation, with various base options, optional add ons and interlock options. From a standard lock to a latching interlock, which prevents the enclosure being opened when testing is underway, eliminating operator’s risk of contact with dangerous currents and high voltages within the testing area.
